Cover has full split and some fraying on top seam, slight wear on bottom seam and spine, shelf wear and small worn spots front and back, staining on back, minor wear and a few tiny rips on opening edge plus stamp on back. Classic Blue Note indemander with the brilliant 50s jazz track "Afrodisia" but the whole album is nice!

The 14A side is interesting as it's not solo saxophone as most Bird Notes-releases but instead features Frippe in a unusual quartet setting consisting of two alto saxophones (Frippe and Christer Boustedt) and two basses (Sven Hessle and Gösta Wälivaara). 14B is solo saxophone. Some light scuffs on record, plays fine. Swedish original, intact center.

Outer box has minor wear, complete with obi. Rare Swedish original, done in a limited run of 150 copies, only 100 was commersially available when it was new.

Record has a small cluster scratch causing ticks on and off in the intro of the percussive intro track A1. Rest looks and plays very well with just a few light sleeve marks. Minimal writing on side 1 label. Cover has mild shelf wear and edge wear and very light rub/scratch marks on front top rigth, looks nice overall. Red booklet inside gatefold fully intact, only has one minor stain. Legendary Swedish LP including the monster latin jazz tunes "All Camel's Hump" and "Hotel Alyssa". For the breaks guys there's massive drums on "My Christina".

Comes with printed envelope sleeve numbered "No 00096", and original 7" rice paper sleeve. Vinyl in fine shape, just a few sleeve marks not affecting play. Envelope sleeve and rice paper sleeve is in nice shape too with minor signs of age and use only.

The laminated cover looks very nice on front but has one tiny discoloration dot upper left corner. Seams and spine are fine but upper seam towards the left side 2-3 cm split. Backside cover has tipex white dots at white areas around the song titles. One tiny paper loss upper left corner on back as well. Still a very nice copy. 60s jazz with Sonny Clark, Butch Warren & Billy Higgins. "Cheese cake" and the version of "Love for sale" are great!

Record is glossy and plays very nicely overall except for a 7 mm scratch marks causing ticks on A1 plus a couple of tiny, very lightly feelable marks causing just a few ticks on side A. Cover looks ok on front with just minor wear to opening but has some corner wear plus back cover has a bit of staining, neat liner notes markings, tiny writing and slight sticker mark on back. Superb quintet jazz with Eric Dolphy, listen to "Images" and "Six And Four".

Great LP recorded in 1961 with Zoot Sims & Tommy Flanagan. Listen to "Largo".
