US mono original, BLP 1595 with 47 West 63rd, NYC labels (no "R"). Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. 47 West 63rd Street-address on back cover. Record is glossy with light sleeve marks only, plays alright with just a small amount of surface noise audible in the silent parts and inbetween tracks. Cover is strong VG with a small bump + tiny rip at opening edge center front and back (less on back), minor damage on top seam right (repaired with glue) plus tiny pin holes and minmal tear dot lower left, looks quite nice overall.
