The label calls it "Ethiopian minimal wave from outer space" - I'm not sure what that means, but this definitely is something. Album recorded in 1986 with a Casio PT toy keyboard, only released on cassette until now. Listen to "Libey Ma'aduley" and "Yadah (Sudanese song)". No shrink on this copy.

Excellent compilation of material from the Somali Light & Sound label. Half of the songs are by the Sharero Band. The ones that are not funky are instead deep and mesmerizing and, like the hype sticker says, "connects the dots between Ethiopia, Yemen and sounds from across the Indian Ocean". No hype sticker on this copy.
