Record is glossy with a few very light sleeve marks/lines only, nothing deep at all and plays loud and clear with just a tiny bit of (pressing related) surface noise audible in the quiet parts. Cover is a nice and well-looking VG+, worst flaw is 2,5 fraying on spine center, apart from that just soft ring wear and minimal corner wear. Fona-sticker on back cover. One of the holy grail Euro jazz LPs and for good reason. Dolphy on fine form with Bent Axen, Erik Moseholm, Jorn Elniff and Chuck Israels. Listen to "I Don't Know Why" and "Oleo".

US mono original, A-94 with orange/black ABC-Paramount label and Van Gelder in dead wax. Just few and light marks on record, still glossy and plays well. Small library sticker on side 1 label. Cover grades VG- due to large clear tape around seam, also a small library sticker on front. Split LP with recordings from Newport Jazz Festival 1965. Listen to Coltrane's "One down, one up" or the freer "Call me by my rightful name" by Shepp.

Ornette recorded live with his usual stalwarts Izenzon and Moffett, check the epic "The Ark".
