Brilliant 60s soul album that I think is one of the best from this period. Especially check the crossover dancefloor favourites "Big surprise" & "Uh, uh, what did I do" and the sweet soul gem "Teach me (a lesson in love)" that yours truly put on a mix a while back. Record is close to NM. Cover has two small corner bumps and a lightly creased corner, still looks nice. US original.

GEORGIE FAME & THE BLUE FLAMES - SWEET THING / LAST NIGHT:
Killer version of a superb song (more famously done by The Spinners). Flipside is a tough mod dancer. Rare Swedish-only 45 from 1966. Record has minor marks. "Sweet thing" plays well throughout, but the flipside has background noise for a short patch. Picture sleeve has some wear and a tiny split. Centre is missing.

This is the 2nd US issue (from the 80s) adding two tracks not on the album originally - the rare modern soul bomb "Gemini Lady" and its flip "Goodbye My Love". TOMMY TATE - HOLD ON:
Japan-only album from 1979 including the awesome "I can't do enough for you baby" and "Do you think there's a chance". Vinyl in pretty clean but has a warp/heat exposure going 2,5 cm into the music grooves, only causing very minor background noise - definitely enjoyable listening through this patch as well. Cover looks fine except for 9 cm split on top seam. Includes insert.
