Recordings from 1939 done by John A. Lomax in Texas. Some of them "in the guards office behind three sets of locks" at Camp Four, Ramsay State Farm, Otey, Texas. Check "I Wouldn't Mind Dying If Dying Was All" and "Rabbit In De Garden". One suspicious mark on record not affecting play. Cover has corner/ring wear, creasing, tiny tear on back. Compilation from 1970 with Pryor's entire recorded output under his own name, from his first recording in 1948 to his last in 1963. Listen to the awesome "Uncle Sam Don't Take My Man" with it's haunting psychedelic feel. Clean record. Cover has light wear, minor lamination creasing.
"What In The World Am I Gonna Do" great stripped down blues on this album from 1962. Record has just a few tiny pressing bubbles causing no more than very soft pops. US original.
Scarce album with great blues in "Long Time Blues" + the funky number "Fun Key". Record in great shape. Cover is partially in shrink with a small discreet sticker mark/tear on front. US original.
US original, blue/silver deep groove labels. Record has smudge/marks on A1 and B1 that causes skips and crackle/noise. Rest of LP plays well with minor distractions. Cover has light wear, some staining on back. 1961 blues album featuring King Curtis, listen to the smooth organ blues in "Yes Lawd".
