Live LP recorded in Berlin 1964 with the classic second quintet (Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter and Tony Williams), only released in Germany originally. "Expansions" is one of the best jazzfunk/rare groove tracks ever, but the whole album is great and comes recommended. 180 gram reissue.
Great 2xLP set featuring fresh takes on seven classics from the Coltrane-songbook, with guitar (David Stackenäs) and vibes (Mattias Ståhl) adding a new dimension to tracks like "Ogunde", "Alabama" and "Central Park West". Very interesting listening through all four sides!
Folky psych with a sad vibe, listen to "In My Room". Record has a couple of minor marks and a tiny pressing bubble not affecting play. Cover has light ring/corner wear, small drill hole. US original, gatefold sleeve, Vertigo swirl label.

Second album by this Swedish jazz quartet featuring Elin Forkelid, David Stackenäs, Mauritz Agnas and Anna Lund. A solid listen through all four sides, especially "Canada" and "Interface" are great. This is the second release on the Sail Cabin label, following Forkelid's excellent "Plays For Trane" from 2020. PLEASE NOTE: These are brand new copies from the label but all or most copies seem to have a dish warp from manufacturing, plays well on our equipment.
Funky jazz/fusion with some afro-beat leanings, a safe bet if you like their previous releases. Listen to "Tojo". Black vinyl version.
