Big funk/rare groove classic with killer tracks like "Evolution" and "It's the music that makes us do it". Vinyl is really clean, just a minor edge lift not affecting play at all. Cover in shrink with a very slightly bent corner. US original.
Very rare soul/funk/disco album from 1978 including the monster club tune "Focus". Also check the midtempo dancer "Gonna keep on trying" and the ballad "Feeling of love". Record in very nice condition, glossy with few and light marks, could pass for EX and plays superbly. Cover in shrink, top left corner is a little bumped, bottom right has a minimal (8-9 mm) split. US original.
Legendary funk LP with a sound similar to S.O.U.L. or Counts but so much rarer. Incredibly good funk tunes in "He keeps you" and more. Record in lovely shape, looks hardly played at all. It has a couple of pressing bubbles (all copies I've seen of this has had that) not affecting play. Cover looks great in shrink but has minor corner wear. US original with green/red label on Kingdom of Chad.
Very rare soul/funk/disco album from 1976 with the killer sweet soul tunes "Lovers to friends" & "It ain't fair" and the 20 min funk/disco jam "Open soul"! Record looks pretty much untouched, but a little inherent noise from the pressing is audible in some quiet parts. Cover has a little minor staining. US original.
US mono pressing, BLP 1535 with Lexington-address on labels and cover but vinyl has beaded rim and not flat edge = very early 2nd pressing. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. No frame on front cover, blank spine. Record has some light sleeve marks and scuffs, nothing deep and plays well with minor distractions only. Cover has full split and some fraying on top seam, slight wear on bottom seam and spine, shelf wear and small worn spots front and back, staining on back, minor wear and a few tiny rips on opening edge plus stamp on back. Classic Blue Note indemander with the brilliant 50s jazz track "Afrodisia" but the whole album is nice!
US original of one of the most sought-after 70s soul albums, including the gorgeous "Try me" (different version than on the 45). Other highlights are "I'm all changed" and "Leavin' you alone". Lovely copy in shrink.
