Strong Strata-East LP from 1973, adventurous but accessible. Check "Capra Black", "Sir Galahad" and the spiritual "Soulfully I Love You".

US mono pressing, BLP 4003 with 47 West 63rd NYC-address, no "R" on side 1 label but with "R" on side 2 label = early 2nd US mono pressing. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. 47 West 63rd St.-address with "Inc." at "Blue Note Records" on back cover. Marks and scuffs on record, plays ok with minor distractions and odd light ticks. Cover has wear and 7 cm split on bottom seam, signs of removed tape at opening edge plus tiny writing, small rip, a few small stains and minimal tear on back. Classic jazz set from 1958 including "Moanin".

DIGABLE PLANETS - REACHIN' (A NEW REFUTATION OF TIME AND SPACE):
Hip hop classic from 1993 including the killer tracks "Rebirth of slick" & "Nickel bags". Record has surface marks primarly at side b, one deeper scratch that clicks lightly at b3 and b4, otherwise just mild affect. Cover has ring wear on front and rather much wear at corners and spine. Far out Danish folk/psych from 1971 on the collectible Spectator Records, with lots of violin and bongos for some extra hippie spice. Check "Honey Baby" and "Don't Be Upset". Record has light marks, especially on B-side, plays fine with minor distractions. Thin paper cover has light ring wear, creasing, small spine split. Danish original.

Us stereo original with 47 West 63rd St. address on label. BST 84049. Has deep groove, ear and RVG plus the "R" under the E in Blue Note. Record in top shape and looks hardly played at all. However has one small dot in the vinyl probably from pressing at B1 where it clicks eight times. The laminated front cover looks lovely, tiny bump at the lower right corner. Beautiful copy that would pass as M-/M- at many places. Great Blue Note set from 1960 with the classic title track! Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, Bobby Timmons & Jymie Merritt join Art Blakey in a superb line-up.

US mono original, BLP 4026 with 47 West 63rd NYC address on both labels. Deep groove, RVG and ear on both sides. 43 West 61st St address on cover. Record has a few small feelable scratches on side 1 causing occassional clicks, also some soft sleeve marks but rest plays ok with minor disctractions only. Cover looks ok on front with just minor wear to opening side, grades VG due to a fairly discrete stain mark plus small initials written on back. Really strong Blue Note set featuring Jackie McLean and Duke Pearson - listen to the stunning "Fuego" and "Lament"!

TAKEHISA KOSUGI - CATCH-WAVE:
Japanese avantgarde drone/electronics masterpiece from 1975 by Taj Mahal Travellers-founder Takehisa Kosugi. Record is very shiny and black, plays fine but occasional background noise at soft parts can be heard. Cover looks fine front, has split at upper seam about 6-7 cm. A bit stained at the back. Japanese original, SOCM 88, but no insert or obi.

SUN RA ARKESTRA - BLACK UTOPIA: SUN RA LECTURES & REHEARSALS:
2xLP release from 2012 containing rehearsals and lectures by the legendary Sun Ra. Records in fine shape except for a lightly feelable scratch mark on side D, I can just hear a few ticks. Cover graded VG due to 8 cm split on bottom of slipcase, the individual screenprinted covers are in great shape. No DVD or certificate included. This copy is not numbered.

Ultra rare one-sided Italian RAI transcription LP featuring a wonderful version of "Summertime" by Dusko Goykovich plus a TV jam session with Cicci Santucci, Enzo Scoppa, Antonello Vannucchi, Gegè Munari plus Gianfranca Montedoro on vocals on the second half. Vinyl in great shape, shiny and black, just some light sleeve marks on the blank (non-playable) side. Comes in generic white plain sleeve with RAI stamp on front (lightly aged and with a discrete stain spot on front). Italian only original.
