Previously unreleased 1984 album by Japanese legend Yasuaki Shimizu, with an oddball mix of experimental jazz/fusion, new wave, leftfield pop and traditional sounds. Check the awesome "Asate" and "Peruvian Pink". Limited edition on green vinyl, has a different sticker than photo.

YOSUKE YAMASHITA - FIRST TIME:
1979 album with Joseph Jarman, Malachi Favors and Famoudou Don Moye, listen to "For D". Record has two feelable scrathes at B1 and B3 and especially at B1 it clicks a bit, NM apart from that. Cover has a couple of really small humidity spots. Japanese original, FS-7029 with insert but no obi.

YOSUKE YAMASHITA - INVITATION / YOSUKE IN THE GALLERY:
Solo piano album from 1979 mainly featuring standards, but my pick is the beautiful "Mokujiki" (written by Yamashita Trio's saxophonist Seiichi Nakamura). Japanese original from 1979, FS-7026, no obi or insert.

YOUNG-HOLT UNLIMITED - SOULFUL STRUT / COUNTRY SLICKER JOE:
All-time classic, arguably one of the most used/borrowed/stolen songs of its era. The flipside is nice too! Quite a lot of light marks, plays well. The picture sleeve has general wear. German original.

YUSEF LATEEF - PART OF THE SEARCH:
As much as I love Yusef Lateef, this LP from 1974 sounds pretty damn awful - until you get to "Strange Lullaby"! Weird, meditative track with screechy noises and Yusef or someone else snoring in the background! "Gettin' Sentimental" is pretty nice too. Cover graded VG- due to water damage/staining on lower part and large writing on back, also minor price tag mark on front. UK original.
