As much as I love Yusef Lateef, this LP from 1974 sounds pretty damn awful - until you get to "Strange Lullaby"! Weird, meditative track with screechy noises and Yusef or someone else snoring in the background! "Gettin' Sentimental" is pretty nice too. Cover has some ring/edge wear, creasing plus minor price tag mark on front (not on website photo). US original, red/green labels with 75 Rockefeller Plaza-address.

US mono pressing, BLP 1533 with blue/white United Artists labels = later pressing from early 70s. Record has a lightly feelable scratch in the beginning of side 1 but I can't hear more than a few light ticks, just surface marks apart from that and plays very well in general. US mono pressing, BLP 1533 with blue/white United Artists labels = later pressing from early 70s. Record has a lightly feelable scratch in the beginning of side 1 but I can't hear more than a few light ticks, just surface marks apart from that and plays very well in general.
