One of the big go-go classics. Record has surface marks, still plays well. Pic sleeve has some wear and a small price tag on front. Finnish original.
Sneaky New Orleans funk with master Wardell Quezergue behind the desk. Flipside is a deep ballad. US original.
Classic funk with a jazz edge, including "Duji" and "North, East, South, West". This 1973 album contains material from their first two studio albums plus the "Live at PJ's" LP. Still sealed US original. Small cut out (on bottom seam on this copy), faint marker pen writing on front of shrink plus shrink is a little peeled on top seam (not on website photo).
"She's A Love Maker" and "Flim Flam" raw and great funk tunes and "Let's Talk It Over" a gritty deep soul track! Old reissue (from late 90s), very similar to the original press, with heavy cardboard paste-on cover. This is the issue with one circle on labels. Record close to EX with some light sleeve marks only, cover still in shrink with very minor wear to corners.
Ever popular LP from 1978. Many nice disco funk cuts here - I prefer "Freak around" and "Strange". Record has one surface mark on A1 (not affecting play), nice and clean apart from that. Cover has small price tag mark on front plus saw cut on lower seam. US original.
"Love Will Bring Us Back Together" classic soul/disco that still sounds great. Cover has some creasing, especially top left corner (not on website photo). US original, with printed inner sleeve (a bit worn and split).
Classic rare groove album with the breakbeat/funk anthem "Somebody Got Soul, Soul, Soul" plus "Handa Wanda". Arranged by Willie Tee. Marks and lines on record, plays alright with minor distractions only. Cover has 13 cm split top seam right, small split/crack on spine center plus thin saw cut on top seam. US original, with insert.
More or less a late Meters LP as four of the Neville Brothers are the backing group and one of the two good New Orleans funk tunes here is a cover of "Hey pocky a-way". Also contains the equally strong "Hey mama". Clean record, cover has minor corner wear. US original, with lyrics inner sleeve (a bit creased and partial split on bottom).
The drummer who played on so many hard-hitting tunes for Prestige, Kudu etc, here on a 1968 set including the massive "Soul Drums" that's filled with killer breaks. Record is low VG visually with lots of marks and scuffing but plays quite well with mild background crackle only. Cover has 14 cm split top seam right, ring wear, edge wear, water damage (staining, mainly visible on back) plus small writing on front. US mono original, TEM 3006.
2LP soundtrack/compilation with the excellent "Southern man" and the 16-minute "Words". Cover has minor sticker tear on front. German original.
