Early but later US pressing from 1954 two years after the first issue. BLP 5003 with Lexington address on labels. Flat edge and deep groove on both sides but no ear in dead wax and back cover lists record numbers up to BLP 5057 indicating second generation record and cover. Very nice record with hardly any wear. Tiny occasional background noise at soft parts probably a bit from the pressing. Cover in fine shape with light corner wear. Classic Blue Note 10" with Fats Navarro, Sonny Rollins, Tommy Potter, Curly Russell, Max Roach and Roy Haynes. Listen to the beautiful version of "You Go To My Head" and "Ornithology".
Groundbreaking fusion album from 1970 - check "Miles Runs The Voodoo Down". Records in fine shape, glossy with a few light marks only. Cover looks alright front and back (just soft ring wear) but grades VG due to some (fairly neat) writing inside gatefold. UK original, CBS 66236 with orange labels.

Austrian experimental electroacoustics album from 1974, listen to part 2 of "Evocation". Record is glossy with some light sleeve marks/lines only. Cover has light cornerwear, minor rubwear on back. Austrian original, with insert.
"Pony" - standout psychedelic funk tune with a smokey vibe. Record has a few light marks, not affecting play. Cover has light general wear, saw cut. US original, with printed inner sleeve.
One of THE classic funk LPs - "Pass The Peas", "Hot Pants Road", "The Grunt", "Blessed Blackness" etc. Record has surface marks and a very light scratch on B-side, only causing a few odd clicks. Cover in shrink with a tiny sawcut and a little rub wear on back. US original.

THREE BLIND MICE - Japan Original

Japanese funky fusion from 1976 - check "Grease Piece". Record is glossy with light sleeve marks/lines only, nothing troublesome. Small sticker on side 1 label. Cover has ring wear, edge wear and creasing around edges, not the strongest VG+ but not very bad either. Japanese original, TBM-68, no obi or insert.
"Stories" sleazy funk classic and "Soledad" a great jazzy groover! Pretty rare album that turns up much less than "Jungle fever". Record only has a few light marks n.a.p. Cover in shrink with a drill hole. US original.
"Wuyè Wuyè" cooking afro/fusion killer on album from 1976. Record in nice shape. Cover has mild rub wear, 2 cm peeling/split middle bottom edge, small price tag on front, larger sticker on back. French original, with insert.
West Coast EP from 1992 with highlights in "Final frontier", "Behind the scenes" and the title track. Clean copy in shrink (unlike photo). Early 2nd US pressing without the Isaac Hayes-sample on "Right up my alley".
Probably the weirdest release on Silence and perhaps not the most musically stunning record, but the lyrics more than make up for it. Listen to "Blomman" or "All makt åt Folke". Record has mild storage wear and some minor marks. Cover has light ring/corner wear, creased corner. Swedish original, with lyrics booklet.

UK original, POLS 003. Shiny record with a couple of light scuffs only. Cover has light ringwear, one mild corner bump. "When Will The Rain Come" - great moody tune!

UK stereo original from 1965, deep grooved, wideband, "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY" on labels. Shiny record with a few light marks. Cover has light ringwear, some lamination lifting along spine.
The afrobeat masterpiece "Shakara Oloje" b/w the slower but equally great "Lady" = essential album. 1,5 cm lightly feelable scratch causes some ticks in the intro of side 2, also some surface marks and lines but rest plays ok. Ball pen marking on side 1 label. Cover has 6 cm split top seam center, some edge wear and creasing, mild dirtying on back plus minor lamination lifting along spine. Dutch original.
Great Jamaican singer on album from 1966 including the northern soul biggie "I feel so bad". Vinyl in great shape, cover only has minor shelf wear. Name neatly written on A-side label. UK original.
US mono pressing, A-42 with orange/black Abc Paramount Inc label. US pressing from 1965 (of 1963 original). Record with some light scuffs, affect play slighly at intro of "India". Glossy cover has minor wear primarly inside the foldout. Fantastic Coltrane LP with the mighty "Impressions" and "India".
Swedish funk/rare groove holy grail, originally made in 200 copies in 1971. Contains a version of Clarence Wheeler's "Right on", here called "Kliv på", and their own "Den dan vi...". This is a 180 gram reissue that sounds superb and looks very nice in gatefold cover with sleeve notes. Made in 1000 numbered copies. Unplayed stock copy.
The famous South African pianist recorded in 1969 in Copenhagen. Listen to "Bra Joe From Kilimanjaro". Clean record. Cover has minor miscoloration at opening. Danish release on the Spectator label, SL 1005, NCB on labels = later pressing.

Seldom seen Amigo-album from 1986, produced by Hot Salsa's Wilfredo Stephenson. Includes the moving disco fusion vocal track "Feel Life" plus vocal bossa and latin tracks like "En Estocolmo No Pasa Nada". Record has few and light marks, plays fine. Cover has some edge/corner wear, 2 cm peeling on top seam, small sticker on back. Swedish-only original.
Fantastic soul singer, here on a 1972 album including "Do it in the name of love", "The best thing you ever had" and the stunning "You don't love me no more". LP is very clean. Cover has a drill hole and minor shelf wear. US original.
Later (but still early) US mono pressing from mid-to-late 60s, black/white cover, white labels with black print, 156 5th Avenue address on labels and cover. Deep groove on A-side only, ear in dead wax on both sides, Bell Sound-stamp in dead wax on B-side. Nice and clean copy! Legendary free jazz album from the visionary Ayler with Gary Peacock and Sunny Murray. Listen to the deep "Ghosts: First Variation".

US mono original, PRLP 7022 with yellow/black labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax. Marks and scuffs on record, plays with a bit of background crackle (mainly on side A). Cover has neat price stamp on front, edge wear, 4 cm split on spine center, split on bottom seam right (repaired on the inside) plus a bit of wear, mild staining and small paper rips on back. Jazz LP with Al Cohn, Allen Eager and Brew Moore. Listen to "Five Brothers".
Psych rock album from 1970 by musicians from Nuova Idea and composer Gian Piero Reverberi. Check the mellow organ driven "Underground In Blue" and the fuzzed out "Samba Natalizia". Record in great shape. Cover has light general wear. German original.
UK 2nd pressing, black/yellow labels, YEX-142-1/143-1 in dead wax, "The Gramophone co" and "Sold in U.K.". Record close to EX, shiny with a few minor marks. Cover has light general wear, two small pieces of clear tape inside gatefold. Their 1964 LP with "No reply" and "Every little thing".
UK original, with "Old Blue?" in dead wax on side 1, translucent red vinyl. Plain matte carton cover. Plain matte carton inner sleeve with straight corners. Record has light scuffs/marks, plays fine. Cover has light ring/corner wear, a few tiny stains on front, small distribution sticker on back. Their second and final album, released shortly after Ian Curtis' suicide. "A means to an end", "Isolation" etc.
UK original, textured Pink i labels in a textured gatefold sleeve. Record is shiny with a few light marks and tiny pressing bubbles, plays fine. Cover has light corner/edge wear, small writing inside gatefold. Dark, progressive rock of the best kind. Just listen to "In the wake of poseidon" or "Pictures of a city".
Great LP with a mix of funk, soul and reggae. "Funky buttercup" is a killer funk tune and the version of "In the rain" is lovely, and don't miss the gem "Candy I'm so doggone mixed up"! Record in solid shape. Cover in faded for about 1 cm along top seam on front. Also some minor staining on back. UK original, light blue label version.Released as "Night and day" in Jamaica.
