Classic big band cumbia & gaita sounds, check out the clips from "La boquillera", "Gaita Sabanera", "El hombre libre" & "Veinte de enero" for a start. Record has plenty of marks but mainly very soft ones, plays ok. Cover has water damage around opening seam, edge and ringwear. Later pressing of LP that first came out in the 60s.
