US mono original, BLP 4005 with 47 West 63rd NYC-address on labels (no "R"). Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. Record has a few minor marks and light paleness/signs of storage, plays fine with just minor occassional surface noise. Cover looks nice on front, has minor edge wear plus light wear, sticker/sticker mark and tiny writing on back.
