US stereo pressing, BST 84097 with New York USA-label on side 1 and blue/white Liberty-label on side 2 = later (late 60s) pressing of 1962 original. Van Gelder in dead wax. Plenty of marks and scuffs on record, plays with mild background crackle audible in the quiet parts. Cover has shelf wear/aging, small splits on top and bottom seam at opening, 5-6 cm peel off top seam left. Deep, African-inspired jazz with plenty of percussion, check "Love, The Mystery Of" and "Obirin African (Woman Of Africa)" that remind me of Yusef Lateef.
