US mono original, MGV 8220 with black trumpeter labels and deep groove. Record has pretty good gloss and some surface marks. It plays in general fine but occasional light background noise can be heard, a bit worse at end of B1. Front and back of the cover looks ok with some wear however lower spine is complete split and spine is split about 20 cm.
