US mono original, RLP 12-292 with small blue labels, mic & reel logo, deep groove on both sides. Record is more or less free from marks but vinyl surface looks a little glazed/oily and plays with minor hiss/background crackle (slightly worse on side 1). Cover in very nice shape, just a neat stamp on back. Vocal jazz from 1957, backed by Chet Baker & co, including a fine version of "This Is Always".
