US mono original, BLP 1501 with Lexington-address on labels and cover. Flat edge and deep groove. RVG and ear in dead wax. Record has surface marks and sleeve scuffs, nothing deep, plays ok with mild surface noise. Cover has some wear and partial splitting on lower seam, mild rub/shelf wear front and back, sticker mark with small tears on back plus a pin hole top left.
