1957 compilation with Louisiana folksongs. Some haunting bits here, like "To My Seat Set Down" with Samanthia Holmes for example. Record in fine shape. Cover has ring/rub wear, heavy creasing. US 2nd pressing, black vinyl. With booklet.

ORF-BIG BAND - ORF ARBEITSPLATTE 76/27:
Another scarce Karel Krautgartner-conducted big band library album from Austrian broadcasting company ORF, featuring Art Farmer, Karl Drewo and Fritz Pauer in the band - listen to "Malibu". Light sleeve marks on record, still glossy and plays alright. Cover is strong VG with mild ring wear and creasing, a couple of small rips on opening edge plus a few tiny sticker tears on front. Austrian original.

LUDWIG SPOHR / MAX BRUCH / JOAN FIELD / BERLINER SINFONIKER - VIOLINKONZERT NR. 8 A-MOLL / VIOLINKONZERT NR. 1 G-MOLL:
German original, black/silver labels. Record in the lower part of VG+ with some light marks not affecting play. Cover has ring/edge wear, 1 cm top split, sticker residue on front, some aging on back.

BRÖTZMANN / MILLER / MOHOLO - OPENED, BUT HARDLY TOUCHED:
Peter, Harry and Louis recorded live at the Flöz, Berlin in 1980. Listen to "Special Request For Malibu". Light sleeve marks on records, play fine. Cover has basic shelf wear and a few cm splits/fraying on top seams center. German original, FMP 0840/0850.

US mono pressing, A-54 with orange/black ABC-Paramount labels with Van Gelder in dead wax. Early but still later pressing from same year as the original 1964. Record has some light marks, plays very well. Cover has stain on front lower left side otherwise fine shape. Classic jazz LP including "1 x Love" & "Mood Indigo".

THELONIOUS MONK - THELONIOUS ALONE IN SAN FRANCISCO:
US mono issue, RLP 12-312 with large blue labels with mic & reel logo and INC on Bill Graeuer = early but later pressing from 1962 of 1959 original. No deep groove . Record in fine shape with light scuffs and some storage wear on side 1. It plays fine but minor background noise can be heard as music is quiet. Cover in fine shape with light wear. Solo piano LP from the Monk, listen to "Pannonica".

Huge 4xLP follow up to Enter The Wu-Tang, with the updated, radically different RZA sound. With classics like "Triumph", "Little ghetto boys" and two dozen other heavy tracks. 180 gram reissue from 2014, clear vinyl.

US 2nd pressing, PRLP 7012, with 446 W. 50th ST. address, deep groove and RVG on both sides. This is the blue cover issue. Record has light marks, plays well. Small sticker label side B. Cover has miscoloration and wear on back. Recordings from 1951, released on LP for the first time here. Features a five star lineup with Jackie McLean, Walter Bishop, Tommy Potter and Art Blakey. His second solo effort, listen to "I don't want to be a soldier" or "How do you sleep". Audiophile 180 g reissue from 2003, with both inserts.

BEATLES - REVOLVER / MONO:
UK early 2nd mono pressing with black/yellow label, YEX 605-2/YEX 606-3 matrix, "Doctor Robert" on label, "Dr. Robert" on cover, "Sold in U.K..." text and "The Gramophone Co...", KT tax code. Record is a strong wellplaying VG with light marks. Cover has light ring/corner wear, some lamination creasing. "Taxman", "Tomorrow never knows" and more classics!

APHEX TWIN - SELECTED AMBIENT WORKS 85-92:
Majestic 2xLP set from a true innovator of modern music. Listen to "Tha". Lots of surface marks, still plays decent with only minor occasional distractions. Cover has general wear and a little residue/soiling on front. Partly split on all three seams. Belgian original, no barcode on the sleeve, no catalog number on sleeve or labels, 3 tracks on sides C and D.

South African house/kwaito album from 1991, full of driving dancefloor winners. "Love is the mssage" is my pick. SA original, still sealed copy.

TALIB KWELI - QUALITY:
Solid hip hop LP from one of the most versatile MC's around. "Get by", "Waitin' for the DJ" etc. US original.

UK stereo original, PCS 7027 with YEX-637-1/638-1 stampers. "Sold in U.K..." text and "The Gramophone Co..." text. No original inner sleeve or insert. Record has light marks, plays well. Cover has light general wear, lamination creasing. Stone classic album, listen to the title track or "A day in the life" for a good start.

Wonderful soukous album by Congolese band. Sparse, pretty raw sound and lovely guitar work, just check the 2nd parts of "Bolingo Clemence" and "Maria Na Lembi". UK stereo original, SXL 2179, "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY" on labels, front laminated sleeve with half-moon flipbacks. Record is shiny with some light scuffs, plays fine. Cover has light general wear, damage on one flipback.

Beautiful album recorded in 1962 but unreleased until 1984. With top musicians as Bosse Skoglund, Lars Sjösten, Rolf Ericson etc. Listen to the lovely version of "Nica's Dream"! Light sleeve marks on record, plays ok with minor distractions only. Cover has tiny 1 cm tear towards the opening edge. Swedish only original.

Raw, non-commercial Swedish hip hop (think dirty samples, no hooks, no signature dance moves) but this time with a Turkish flavour (and the odd nod towards Japan and Brazil). Listen to "Träd del 2", "Afghan" and "Spökstaden". Fine copy, just a few sleeve marks. Cover has a small corner bump. Made in 250 copies.

Swedish original, blue labels. Record has some minor surface marks, nothing bad. Cover has light cornerwear, lamination lifting along spine. With stapled insert. His first and best album with the famous DJ Shadow break "Love love love" and "Här Kommer Natten".

UK stereo original, S 63551 with front-laminated cover. Record is lovely EX grade except for one small scratch end of A2 that clicks lightly a few times. Cover has minor lamination peeling front and transparent tape at upper seam 15, harly noticeable and looks nice. Stereo sticker on back. Great Miles album, this one recorded in 1968 with Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Tony Williams. Listen to "Filles De Kilimanjaro".
