"I don't do this" great modern soul classic plus the superb midtempo floater "I'll run to your side" (same tune as Harvey Scales). A few minor marks on record, plays well. Cover has light ring wear and creasing plus small bump on top seam. US original.
Classic P-funk with the cool title tune. Cover has basic shelf wear, looks alright. US original with blue labels.

Rough album from 2000 by the ex Ultra Magnetic MC's member. Includes the hard-hitting "Diamonds" and "Operation Extortion". One LP is EX, the other is solid VG+. US original.
Strong hip hop album from 1996, mainly produced by the Beatnuts. Listen to "Crime Pays". Light sleeve marks/lines, plays alright. Cover still in shrink, this copy has a blacked out price sticker on front under the shrink (unlike website photo) plus a bit of creasing. US original.
LP from 1998 with Shawn J Period, Buckshot & Beatminerz on production. "Blown away" & "Off the wall" are two of the best for me. Cover has light shelf wear and a minor corner crease. Neat BPM sticker on all four labels, small writing on two sides. US original.
US mono pressing, BLP 1504 with 47 West 63rd NYC-address on labels (no "R") = early 2nd pressing. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. Plenty of minor marks and scuffs on record, plays quite well with mild background crackle only. Cover has edge wear, mild rub wear, sticker tear on front (filled out with black marker pen) plus faint marking around tracklisting on back. Classic LP with George Duvivier, Tommy Potter, Arthur Taylor and Roy Haynes. Listen to the beautiful version of "You Go To My Head" and "Ornithology".
Jazz/fusion album from 1973 featuring Owen Marshall, check the tough funky fusion cuts "Sunday's Church" and "Senor Baker" and the softer "Rose For A Lady". Record has some soft scuffing, plays well. Cover has corner bumps, large splits on top and bottom seam plus small corner cut. US original with black labels.
One of the defining hip hop LPs of the 2000s. Lots of short tracks woven together for a long-lasting classic, check "Two Can Win" and "Stop". Cover has one lightly bent corner. No shrink on this copy, cover has a small corner bend. US 2nd issue.
Blaxploitation soundtrack with killer car chase funk on "Call Me Mister Tibbs" (A1). Record is fine VG+ with some light sleeve marks only. Cover has some creases, looks nice overall. UK original.
Album from 1999 with Da Beatminerz on production. Rough stuff across all four sides, check "Two turntables and a mic" and "Onslaught" (feat. Busta Rhymes). Very nice copy in shrink. US original.
Killer Nigerian disco/funk-comp, check Sahara All Stars "Take Your Soul" and the tracks from Bongos Ikwue and Asiko Rock Group.
Jazzy funk LP with lots of talk about zodiac signs. Contains the killer track "Leo". Record has some light marks, plays well. Cover has rather heavy ring wear on front + slight wear to corners,edges and spines. US original with label inner sleeve.

Best tunes for me are "Carnaval" & the funky latin fusion track "Gumbo". Record has a couple of small bubbles that cause minor distractions primarly at A2. Cover has ring wear stamp on back. US 2nd issue with primarly white label, says repress at discogs but both released same year in 1974.
"Cold blooded", "Hell", "My thang" and a bunch more stone cold funk classics here. Vinyl is VG+ to EX. Cover has minor wear and a sawcut (unlike photo). Small, neat timing notation on labels. US original.
Latin album from 1965 with great vibe allover and one of these records that you enjoy listening althrough. "Rica combinacion" is superb however. Record has scuffs nad marks but not to bad, plays fine but occasional soft background noise can be heard. Cover looks great in shrink but has right corners a bit worn with lower seam having a small split. US 2nd issue from 1970 with cloud label of gold label from 1965.
UK stereo original, SBPG 62510 with textured orange labels and flipback cover. Fint VG+ copy, no major issues. Great quintet session with Hancock, Williams, Carter & Coleman, including classics like "All Blues".
US mono original, Atlantic 1354 with orange/purple label and white fan (no "R" above white fan) and 157 West-address on back cover. No deep groove on this copy. Record has sleeve marks and some lightly feelable scratches, plays with occassional clicks and ticks but still quite enjoyable. Cover has some rub/shelf wear and small vintage price tag on back. Lovely jazz album from 1960. "Harmonique" is the best track for me.

Excellent world fusion/free jazz from 1983, and their last vinyl LP release. Listen to the upbeat "Urban Tribe" or the droning, hypnotic "Ancient Evenings - Future Mornings". Clean record, cover has two tiny tear dots on front, looks nice overall. Swedish only original.

VG+ to EX records, glossy with just few and light sleeve marks. Cover shows light wear and small sticker on back. Swedish jazz recorded live by Gert Palmcrantz in 1976, very popular among audiohiles. Listen to "Take Five". With Bengt Hallberg, Georg Riedel, Egil Johansson and Lars Erstrand.
Organ-driven jazz set including the groovy "Sister Lovie". LP looks unplayed. Beautiful copy in shrink (unlike photo), just a small sawcut. Early 2nd US press with green label.
Live set recorded in Paris in 1961 with Charlie Rouse, listen to "Well You Needn't". Clean record, cover has minor lamination bubbling on front plus small sticker mark on back Dutch mono original, RM 003 (European only release, was not released in the US).

Soul/funk LP from 1984, produced by Roger Troutman. Check the mellow soul on "I believe we can" & "There is nobody". Cover has a promo stamp on front. US original.
Conway on a 9-track mini LP from 2019 with beats by Alchemist, DJ Muggs and Daringer a.o. Check "Vino D" and "No Women No Kids". Dutch original, multi-color splatter vinyl, hand-numbered (this is no 71/250). Top copy in shrink.
"Mambo show" driving latin monster. "Clusters" is good too. LP only has one small dot in the vinyl at A4 not affecting play. Cover has one tiny stain on back and light corner wear. US original, red/green label and Broadway address.

FANIA - USA 2nd Pressing

Great latin/salsa LP arranged by Johnny Pacheco. Hard to stand still to tunes as "Descarga" or "Casino". Record has some long scrathes but plays mostly just fine, occasional clicks or background noise only. Cover looks fine in shrink but has some discoloration towards the opening and some stains under the shrink. US 2nd pressing with palmtree label.
UK original, LTZ-P15094 with red/silver labels and flipback cover. Was also released on Imperial in the US around the same time. Record has some marks and a few feelable scratches, plays with a bit of crackle and clicks but not too bad, still quite enjoyable. Cover shows some lamination flaking along opening, no issues apart from that. Rare 50s jazz with Sonny Clark and Larry Bunker. Nice versions of "Love for sale" and "Night and day".

R & B FROM THE MARQUEE
ACE OF CLUBS - UK 2nd Pressing

Loud live set from the Marquee, go for the timeless classic "Hoochie coochie man. Record in great shape. Cover has light ringwear, some lamination creasing. UK early 2nd pressing with maroon labels, deep groove, no flipback.
Above and beyond textbook psych, a real slayer of an album. Listen to "Pink sun" and "The ultimate prophecy". Record in great shape. Cover has drill hole, tiny bottom split, ringwear, faint sign of writing on front. US original.
UK original, gatefold sleeve with lyrics inner sleeve. Record is shiny with a few light marks and a tiny pressing bubble not affecting play. Cover has light general wear, two minimal stains on front. 1973 LP with the great title track and "Lady grinning soul".
His 1998 album, including "Gimme some more", "Tear the roof off" and more heavy tunes. Some minor marks on vinyl, plays ok. Cover has a little creasing and 4 cm peeling on bottom edge. US original with insert.
"Hit The Bongo" killer latin club favorite. "Pa'lante" top montuno track. Record in fine shape. Cover has cut corner, ring wear front & back, transparent tape at spine. Later Venezuelan issue with red/yellow tico label from late 70s or early 80's.
Live recording from 1977 with many of their hits as "Do that stuff" and "Get off your ass and jam". Cover has minor wear, cut corner, small residue mark. US original, no poster or iron-on.
