ONDERSTROOM - Belgium Reissue
BOXLP · VG+/EX · 1300 SEK
New wave/minimal synth goodness on a box set including some unreleased material. Listen to "Euroshima". Two LPs are NM, two are VG+, all play fine. All inners and the outer box cover look great.
Their 1996 album. Both record and cover in great shape. Comes with all nine photo prints and printed inner sleeves. Unofficial release, white vinyl.
DE-LOUSED IN THE COMATO...
MUSIC ON VINYL - Europe Reissue
2xLP · VG+/EX · 750 SEK
The first album with their unique blend of music. Listen to "Drunkship Of Lanterns". Record 1 is VG+, record 2 is EX. Cover in great shape. Reissue from 2014, gold vinyls. With printed inner sleeves and poster.
Album from 2006, listen to "Vicarious Atonement". Superb copy. Numbered 180 g reissue from 2014, red/gold marbled vinyls. Including poster.
Massive classic with "The guns of Brixton", "I'm not down", "Lost in the supermarket" and loads more. 2019 reissue, with clear plastic slip case cover.
3LP with live (and a couple of studio) recordings featuring Hawkwind, Gong, Pink Fairies etc. Listen to the side long "Dark Star" with Grateful Dead. Records in great shape. Reissue in poster-cover with all original material as replicas included, housed in printed plastic sleeve.
Their best album with "Do you remember Walter?" "Animal Farm" "Village Green" etc. Record has some light scuffs, plays fine. Cover has light ring/corner wear. Reissue from 1987.
Excellent compilation of synth-washed and drum machine-laden lo-fi folk and AOR, bedroom lounge disco and everything inbetween. Kind of reminds me of the "Personal Space" and "Swave Villi Us" comps but more oddball, check Stu Cisco's "Night Out" and Bill Welsh's "So Very Long".
Beautiful folk/psych from 1969 with Jerry Garcia. Listen to "Essence of now" and "Let a woman flow". Record in superb shape. Cover has light wear. Japanese reissue from 1981, with inserts. No obi with this copy, unlike photo.
Australian album from 1974 with a terrific free soul/soft rock sound on at least half the album - check "What's happening to you" and "Get it happening". Japanese reissue from 2016.
Their 1973 album, with two sidelong tracks. I prefer the slow trippy "Jenseits". "Freak'n'Roll" is just what it sounds like, a frantic drums and guitar workout. Reissue.
2xLP reissue including the "legendary Northampton demos" from 1986 and material from other sources. Jason Spaceman & co in fine form, listen to "2.35".
Spacey, droning sounds with a truly hypnotic mood. Listen to " Ecstacy In Slow Motion". 2xLP reissue.
Great psych/folk/jazz album driven by a heavy organ and the strong voice of Linda Hoyle. Listen to "Night flight" or "Mr. Joy". 180 g half speed mastering reissue.
LP from 1970 with a beautiful mellow sound, like a mix of Nick Drake and Dusty Springfield. Listen to "It's Not Likely" and "On A Misty Morning". Well-made reissue of very rare original. No shrink or hype sticker on this copy.
Jason Spaceman & co from 1989, including "How does it feel", "Come down softly to my soul" etc. Reissue.
Essential krautrock with a unique edge. The hip hop sample "Vitamin C" is a standout, but don't miss "Spoon" and the more cinematic "One more night". Reissue.
Their first LP, from 1969. Trippy album with "Mary, Mary so contrary" and the 20-minute jam "You doo right". Reissue.
Fifth LP by these kraut pioneers, and so hard to do justice with a soundclip - needs to be heard from start to finish. Listen to "Spray". Reissue, no sticker on cover (unlike photo).
One of their best LPs, with Damo Suzuki and Malcolm Mooney sharing vocal duties. Listen to the beautiful "She brings the rain" and the monster psych jam "Mother sky". Reissue.
Big UK prog/psych rarity, supposedly only pressed in 500 copies. Listen to "Time will be your doctor" or "Afternoon out". Reissue.
Trippy 1974 album with the standout tune "Dizzy dizzy"! Reissue, no sticker on cover (unlike website photo).
Their 1975 album, including great stuff as "Hunters and collectors". Reissue.
French kraut/prog/ambient from 1978 with standout tracks in the cosmic "L'Echo De L'Acier" and the beautiful "Les Cordes De La Mer". 2024 reissue.
Out-there disco/rock/avantgarde/dub sounds from 1984. Listen to "Das Massenmedium" & "The photo song". Reissue.
Groundbreaking/essential krautrock from 1972 by Klaus Dinger and Michael Rother. Straight forward drumming mixed with spacious guitars and electronic soundscapes. Listen to "Hallogallo" and "Negativland". Reissue.
Follow up to the first Neu!-LP and a must if you like that one. A bit more experimental than the first, side 2 is completely bonkers with tracks playing on both 16 and 78 RPM, but listen to "Für immer" and "Spitzenqualität". Reissue.
Their third LP, going in a slightly different direction than previous efforts. Side 1 isn't far away from the Neu! you know, side 2 is a bit more aggressive and phased out. Listen to "Isi" and "Seeland". Reissue.
