"Iron Stick" nice, uplifting bossa fusion. "Sai Dessa" vocal bossa nova. LP from 1986 with Staffan Abeleen and Tommy Koverhult. Swedish only original, with printed inner sleeve.
The debut album from seasoned Stockholm record/music man Niclas Wretelid. A mix of soulful vocal tunes and funky instros, including the excellent single sides "World" and "Natural feeling" plus the sounds-like-a-hit "Talkin' bout". Well worth checking if you're into the current stuff from Daptone/Colemine/Timmion.
The second album from the Soul Tune stable, featuring vocals from Carlton J Smith, Maria Sanchez and Desmond Foster. Quite a varied affair, ranging from subtle midtempo soul to mellow instrumentals and uptempo funk. "Oh your love" is a delicious piece of sweet/crossover soul, check that and the instro "Smiling & crying".
Traditional Cuban ensemble meets electronic music duo from the UK on LP from 2017. Sleeve marks, plays alright. Cover has small rip on opening back. Cuban original.
