Lovely jazz classic from 1958, including beautiful jazz tracks as "It Ain't Neccesarily So", "The Buzzard Song" and that stunning version of "Summertime"!
Great album from start to finish, including "Riot", "Hand Jive" and the moody "Fall". Cover has edge wear and a bent corner (but no ring wear, unlike photo). Correctional sticker around spine. Later US 70s pressing, PC 9594 with red/yellow labels.

Compilation from 1961 with some of his early killers like "Lost someone" and "Tell me what you're gonna do". Vinyl is low VG+, plays well with just a few odd clicks. Cover has some general wear and a few small nicks on opening edge. Slightly later (mid-60s) UK release, originally released in the States as "The amazing James Brown". Red/yellow label version.
First album by these psychedelic rockers, with killer cover versions being part of the recipe. "Ticket to ride", "People get ready", "Bang Bang" etc. US later pressing with yellow labels.

Rare doo wop/r&b/early soul album from original Drifter-man Clyde McPhatter. Listen to "Sixty Minute Man" and "Pedal Pushin' Papa". Some minor marks on record, plays ok with just odd light ticks here and there, most likely inherent in the pressing. Cover has fraying on top seam, partial splits/fraying on lower seam, faint price tag mark on front, basic shelf wear and tracklisting writings on back. Later US pressing with green labels/gold print, no deep groove.
Rare piano trio LP with Leroy Vinnegar and Lawrence Marable. Listen to "Way Cross Town". Vinyl looks slightly pale/cloudy, plays with mild occassional hiss, not very bad. Cover has ring/rub and edge wear plus price tag residue/small tear on front. Later US pressing.
Their second album, from 1970, with "Below your means" and "Shoe salesman". Record in fine shape. Cover has some ring/rub wear, bumped corner, scratch marks inside gatefold. US later pressing with Burbank labels.

"Sookie Sookie" and "Let the music take your mind" classic funky jazz tunes! Record has massive amout of scrathes. The two main tracks plays fine but at the softer A2 there's constant background noise. Us later issue with blue/white United artist label, 1971 issue of 1970 original.

Later US 60s pressing with black/silver labels (of LP first released as "Conversations" with different cover).
Recorded in 1958 with Cecil Taylor and Kenny Dorham. Check Dorham's "Shifting down" plus a fine version of "Like someone in love". US later stereo pressing, SS 18025, first released as "Hard driving jazz" by Cecil Taylor Quintet. Postage as for two records due to heavy gatefold cover. Tape marks inside gatefold.
Later US stereo pressing from mid 60s, PRST 7252 with blue/silver labels with trident on right (of LP first released in 1956 with different cover art). Record is shiny and clean overall but has a couple of small and light scratches that causes just a few light clicks. Cover has 5-6 cm split on top seam right, thin 8 cm split on top part of spine and mild shelf wear. Jazz LP with Al Cohn, Allen Eager and Brew Moore. Listen to "Five Brothers".
UK later pressing. Record has light marks, plays well with a bit of surface noise in the softer parts. Cover has ring/edge wear, sticker mark on front, small writing inside gatefold and on front (not on photo). Progressive rock masterpiece that should be essential to any fan of the genre. Anything from the title track covering side A to "Alan's psychedelic breakfast" are my picks.
