US stereo pressing, AS-16 with red/black labels and ABC Records-print (no year), connected logos and no ® at logos = later (3rd or 4th) US pressing. Van Gelder in dead wax. Beautiful copy. 1962 album with Mal Waldron, Abbey Lincoln, Clifford Jordan and Art Davis. I really like the dramatic, spiritual vocal track "Lonesome Lover".

Cut corner to the right.Worn lower seam plus slightly worn edges. Later US pressing (from 1977), blue label with black B.
LP from 1962 with Yusef Lateef, Jack McDuff and Al Harewood. Listen to "Grantstand". Record with light surface lines but nothing major. Cover looks fine on front but has tiny discoloration dot on back upper left corner. Blue label with black B = later (1973) issue.

One of the best LPs in the history of hip hop. "Straighten it out", "T.R.O.Y." etc. Cover has a creased corner. Later EU pressing with only one line of perimeter print on labels and GEMA/BIEM on right side of spindle hole. Plain inners.
Madlib-produced hip hop/soul. Nice album, check "Seeds" and "Best love". Later pressing from 2023, black vinyl version.
More of the usual weirdness, listen to "Flower punk" or "Nasal retentive caliope music". Record in great shape. Cover has light general wear, tiny tear on spine. UK later pressing from 1972.

NEW WORLD SYMPHONY

UK later stereo pressing, printing date on sleeve is September 1958 ("9/58") . Cover has blue back. Fine copy with minor wear.
Rare Italian LP with these two jazz luminaries together with Daniel Humair, Martial Solal and Henri Texier. Listen to the version of Kenny Dorham's "Blue Bossa" or "Watch What Happens", but this LP stands up all through. Cover has 3 cm split top seam right, humidity spotting and aging inside gatefold plus some general shelf wear. I believe this is the first Japanese pressing, FOX-7008, most likely released just a few years or so after the Italian original. No obi or insert.
UK later pressing from the 1970s, boxed Decca logo on labels. Big Stones classic including "Sympathy for the devil" and "Street fighting man".

Strong 1959 album with Benny Golson, Tommy Flanagan, Jimmy Garrison and Al Harewood. Listen to "Minor Vamp". Later French mono pressing from mid-to-late 60s, with different cover art from the US release from 1959.
Chilean psych/folk with a very interesting sound. Make sure to check "Corre Que Te Pillo" and the trippy 9 min long "Los Caminos Que Se Abren". Record has light marks, plays well with some background noise. Cover has ringwear, creasing. Chilean later pressing of their 2nd self titled album from 1972.
1964 album with "I'm happy just to dance with you" and "And I love her". UK later pressing from 1971, with black/silver label.
One of the defining hip hop LPs of the 2000s. Lots of short tracks woven together for a long-lasting classic, check "Two Can Win" and "Stop". Later pressinf with the smiling Dilla cover. This copy is in shrink with red hype sticker.
Iggy looking healthy in 1977. Including "The passenger", "Some Weird Sin" and more. European later pressing from 1984, black/silver labels.
Free jazz recorded in Paris in 1969 with Sam Rivers, Andrew Cyrille and Jimmy Lyons. First released in France as "Nuits De La Fondation Maeght", this is a later (1977) US release on Prestige. Records have a few minor marks and a small pressing defect on side 3, I can just hear a few light ticks. Box cover has full split on spine (so that front part is separed from rear part) plus some rub/shelf wear.
Highly recommended release from the mysterious Sven Wunder - hard-hitting, eastern flavoured psych funk/jazz with a cinematic/library-ish vibe. Check "Lotus", "Tulip" and "Magnolia". Later pressing with Swedish Arts Council-credit on back cover.
Wunder travels further east to the land of the rising sun for a musical exploration of the concept of Wabi Sabi, skillfully fusing European library and soundtrack sounds with traditional Japanese and East Oriental music and aesthetics. A wonderful listen through both sides, listen to "Hot Winds Arrive", "Hanami" and "Blanket Fog Descends". Later pressing with Swedish Arts Council-credit on back cover.
Hugely influential third album, the blueprint of punk rock. Listen to "Search and destroy" or "Raw power". European later pressing, red CBS labels.

First Japanese pressing, RANK-5012 with blue deep groove labels and flipback cover, released just a few years after the US original. No insert or obi. Small scratch mark causes a handful of pops in the intro of B1. Also many soft marks and scuffs, plays ok in general with minor distractions only. Cover in nice shape with light wear only. LP from 1957, top line-up featuring Milt Jackson, Horace Silver, Kenny Clarke, Sonny Rollins etc. Check "Bags Groove (take 1)".
His first album, from 1959. With the classic title track and "I Asked For Some Water (She Gave Me Gasoline)". Previous owners name & phone number neatly etched in deadwax side A, minimal writing on back. UK later pressing from the 1960s.
