Legendary album widely considered as one of his best. Listen to "Strode Rode" or "Blue Seven".

US mono original, PRES 16-6 with light blue/black labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax. PLEASE NOTE: This LP plays at 16 rpm, not 33 rpm! Record looks more or less unplayed, cover has really minor corner wear only. Scarce release in Prestige 16 RPM Series, featuring people like John Coltrane, Mal Waldron, Sahib Shihab and Cecil Payne in the backing bands.
US mono original, PRLP 7047 with 446 W 50th St address, deep groove labels and RVG in dead wax. Record in POOR shape with lots of marks and scratches, plays with crackle and clicks but still listenable. Also a slight edge warp not affecting play. Cover has 7 cm split top seam right, 5 cm wear/crack on spine center, 2 cm split bottom seam right plus staining, wear, faint writing on back. Classic 1956 LP with John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones.

Marks and scuffs on record, plays with a bit of background crackle (mainly on side A). Cover has neat price stamp on front, edge wear, 4 cm split on spine center, split on bottom seam right (repaired on the inside) plus a bit of wear, mild staining and small paper rips on back. Jazz LP with Al Cohn, Allen Eager and Brew Moore. Listen to "Five Brothers".

Marks, lines and some feelable scratches on record, plays with background crackle and ticks but still listenable. Cover looks ok on front but grades VG due to 4 cm split top seam right (repaired on the inside), 5-6 cm split top seam center and some staining on back. Mid 50s vocal jazz album, listen to "You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To".
US original, DEB 120 with maroon labels. Sleeve marks/scuffs on record, plays with some surface noise and occassional distortion/hiss. Labels are reversed. Cover has slight wear to edges and corner, tiny split bottom seam right plus a few tiny paper rips on back, looks quite nice overall. Lovely jazz LP with Charles Mingus and Elvin Jones - listen to the fine version of "Nature Boy".
US mono original, UAJ 14007 with grey saxophone label. Record is shiny and black with some minor marks only, plays well with minor distractions only. Cover looks nice front and back, has some wear to corners, 3 cm split on bottom seam center plus 2-3 cm split on top and bottom seams at opening. Classic trio LP recorded 1962 with Charles Mingus and Max Roach. Listen to the stunningly beautiful "Le Fleurs Africaines" and the wild "Money Jungle".

US stereo original, UAJS-15006 with grey saxophone label. Record is fine VG+ with a few soft marks only. Cover has some aging/miscolouration around edges, basic shelf wear and a stereo-sticker on front. "No Problem" alltime jazz dance favorite, killer track! The version of "Delilah" is nice too.
US mono original, RLP 12-315 with small blue labels, mic & reel logo, no Inc. on Bill Grauer, deep groove on both sides. LOTS of marks and scratches, plays with constant background crackle and clicks, still listenable. Cover in POOR shape with full splits on top seam and spine, almost full split on lower seam, heavy wear and tearing (filled out with marker pen or paint), signs of removed tape and small writing on back. Lovely LP from 1959 featuring Paul Motian and Scott LaFaro. Listen to "Come Rain Or Come Shine" and "Spring Is Here".
US mono original on Pacific Jazz, PJ 1229 with black/silver deep groove labels. Cover has almost full split on lower seam, minor corner bumps plus light signs of removed tape aroud corners. Jazz from 1957 with Art Pepper, Frank Rosolino, Bobby Timmons and heaps more famous players. Listen to "Mythe".
US original on Clef, MGC-610 with black/silver deep groove labels and trumpeter logo. Light marks on record plus side B is cloudy/pale, both sides play with some background crackle and a bit of hiss (a little more on side B9. Vintage shop sticker on side 1 label. David Stone Martin-cover has edge wear and partial splits that has been repaired and filled out with marker pen, rub wear and aging, small sticker mark and pen mark on back. 1954 collection of previously released sides from Bud including some solo piano tracks and some tracks together with Ray Brown and Buddy Rich. Listen to "Tea For Two".
US mono original, CL 1480 with red/black 6-eye labels, no deep groove on this copy. Sleeve marks and lines on record, plays with light noise and occassional ticks but not very bad. Cover has basic rub/shelf wear, some edge wear, small splits on top and bottom seam at opening. Lovely soft jazz LP arranged by Gil Evans. Listen to "Solea".
US mono original, CL 1268 with six eye logo and deep groove. Glossy record with some minor marks only, plays ok. Cover has ring wear, not too bad. Late 50s LP containing all tracks from the French/Dutch Fontana 10" "Ascenseur Pour L'Echafaud" plus 3 more cuts with a sextet setting on side 2. Listen to "Chez Le Photographe Du Motel".
US stereo original, LSP-2612 with black/silver deep groove labels. Record close to EX grading, shiny and black with a few minor marks only. Cover has some ring and edge wear (nothing major) plus small recording date sticker on back. 1963 live album with Don Cherry, Billy Higgins and Bob Cranshaw, listen to "Doxy".
UK original, LTZ-P15094 with red/silver labels and flipback cover. Was also released on Imperial in the US around the same time. Record has some marks and a few feelable scratches, plays with a bit of crackle and clicks but not too bad, still quite enjoyable. Cover shows some lamination flaking along opening, no issues apart from that. Rare 50s jazz with Sonny Clark and Larry Bunker. Nice versions of "Love for sale" and "Night and day".

US mono original, Atlantic 1232 with black deep groove labels. Two small scratches (5 mm + 8 mm) causes ticks on A1, rest looks and plays ok. Cover has some shelf wear plus a few minor stains and neat stamp on back. LP from 1956 with Jimmy Giuffre, Shelly Manne, Bud Shank and Barney Kessel. Listen to "Martians Come Back".
US original, MG 12088 with red deep groove labels, RVG in dead wax, no white frame on front cover. Record has some marks and lines, plays with minor surface noise and occassional light ticks, not too bad. Cover has 11 cm split top seam right, tape marks, tipp-ex mark on back. 50s jazz with Charles Mingus & Tal Farlow. Listen to "Move".
US original, Mod-LP-104 with deep groove labels. Plenty of marks and light scratches on record, plays with a bit of background crackle but still listenable. Cover shows some aging/shelf wear on back plus a name stamp on back. Convincing jazz set from 1957 featuring Ben Tucker, Gabe Baltazar and Dick Johnston. Listen to "Oriental Blues" and the version of "Love For Sale".

Record has one long, lightly feelable scratch line on side B but I can't hear more than a few light ticks. Apart from that just some surface marks and plays alright. Cover looks ok on front, has some rubbing, mild staining along spine and a fairly small tear on back. Two classic jazz outfits on a mid 50s album including a version of "Buhaina".
US mono original, PRLP 7003 with yellow/black labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax. Record has some marks and scuffs, plays with a little background crackle but not too bad. Also a minor pressing defect at the end of side B causing a slight flutter at the very end of B3. Cover has ring/rub wear, 13 cm split top seam right, 4 cm split bottom seam right, large split/crack on top part of spine and left part of top seam. Laidback mid 50s jazz with Horace Silver, Percy Heath and Connie Kay. Listen to "Moonray".
UK stereo original, SBPG 62510 with textured orange labels and flipback cover. Fint VG+ copy, no major issues. Great quintet session with Hancock, Williams, Carter & Coleman, including classics like "All Blues".
US original, Mod-LP-105 with deep groove labels. Minor marks and scuffs on record, plays ok with minor background crackle. Cover looks ok on front but grades VG due to large ball pen writing on back, also light wear, small stain mark and promo stamps on back. Piano trio from 1957 with Red Mitchell and Mel Lewis. Listen to "The Facts About Max".
US original 10", C2513 with yellow deep groove labels. Nice, well-playing VG+ record, cover has light wear plus a neat stamp on back. Wonderful cool jazz set from 1954 with Jack Montrose and Bob Gordon, listen to "Day By Day".
US stereo original, SD 1416 with blue/green labels and black fan with vertical Atlantic-logo. A few minor marks on record, plays alright save for some odd light ticks. Cover has minor wear top seam left + a name written on back. Late 50s/early 60s material, first released on this album in 1965. Listen to "Tonight At Noon".
