Beautiful Eno-produced album from 1975 with the amazing "Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet". Record in great shape. Cover has some ring/corner wear. UK later pressing from 1978 with red labels.
US mono pressing, A-42 with orange/black Abc Paramount Inc label. US pressing from 1965 (of 1963 original). Record with some light scuffs, affect play slighly at intro of "India". Glossy cover has minor wear primarly inside the foldout. Fantastic Coltrane LP with the mighty "Impressions" and "India".
US stereo pressing, BST 84214 with blue/white liberty labels, Van Gelder but no ear in dead wax = later pressing from 1966 of 1965 original. Record in fine shape with minor sign of wear only. Front cover has ring wear. Back cover has stains. Upper seam 4-5 split in the middle. Lower seam has tiny wear. Spine looks ok. Label A has writings at white area. Strong 1965 album featuring Chick Corea and Junior Cook - great tracks in "Perception" and "One Shirt".
Later (but still early) US mono pressing from mid-to-late 60s, black/white cover, white labels with black print, 156 5th Avenue address on labels and cover. Deep groove on A-side only, ear in dead wax on both sides, Bell Sound-stamp in dead wax on B-side. Nice and clean copy! Legendary free jazz album from the visionary Ayler with Gary Peacock and Sunny Murray. Listen to the deep "Ghosts: First Variation".
1960 album featuring Bill Jennings and Jack McDuff, listen to "My Foolish Heart". Record has just minor storage wear. Cover has some ring/rub wear. US later pressing from 1963-64, blue/silver non deep groove labels.
Cape jazz rarity from 1962 with Dudu Pukwana and Makaya Ntshoko in the band. Listen to "Chopi Chopsticks" and "Isintu". Record looks more or less unplayed. Promo stamp on side 1 label. Cover has mild aging plus a promo stamp on front. Later Zimbabwean pressing from 1991.
US stereo pressing, AS-30 with orange/black ABC-Paramount Inc label, Van Gelder in dead wax. Early but later pressing released same year, 1963 as the Am-Par original. Record has pretty much sleeve scuffs but not to bad and it plays fine. The glossy foldout cover has minor lamination peeling on front. Wonderful soft jazz LP including the stunning version of "In A Sentimental Mood" and "Take The Coltrane".
Compilation from 1976 of some of his 50's recordings for the Bethlehem label. Try "Sorimao" for example. Cover has saw cut (not in photo).
