1979 album with full throttle free jazz on "38 special"! Featuring Joseph Bowie, Charles Bobo Shaw and Luther Thomas, recorded by Jef Gilson. German original.
US mono original, Atlantic 1232 with black deep groove labels. Two small scratches (5 mm + 8 mm) causes ticks on A1, rest looks and plays ok. Cover has some shelf wear plus a few minor stains and neat stamp on back. LP from 1956 with Jimmy Giuffre, Shelly Manne, Bud Shank and Barney Kessel. Listen to "Martians Come Back".
US stereo original, Atlantic SD 1439 with blue/green labels and black fan with vertical Atlantic-print. LOTS of marks and lines on record, plays pretty well with light occassional crackle. Cover looks ok on front but grades VG due to some rubbing, staining, paper wrinkling plus two ball pen marks on back. LP from 1965 where Nat plays his own compositions, backed by Grady Tate & Joe Zawinul. Contains a groovy version of "Jive Samba".

The American master guitarist backed by Italian library hot-shots Giovanni Tommaso and Enzo Restuccia plus two fourths of I Marc 4 (Antonello Vannucchi and Carlo Pes). My favourites are the drowsy "Lison" and the equally dazed, Armando Trovajoli-penned "Malibu" - great tracks that wouldn't be out of place on Piero Umiliani's awesome "Paesaggi"!
