US stereo original, CS 8765 with 2 eye logo and "360 Sound Stereo" in black print. Record in fine shape with a minor scuffs only. Front cover has discolartion to the right side, rather big but actually looks decent. Also tear upper left corner on front. Back cover has two big dirt stains. Upper seam is rather nice and intact.
