LP from 1957 featuring Jay Jay Johnson, Horace Silver, Thelonious Monk, Paul Chambers and Art Blakey. Great stuff as you'd expect with that setting - listen to "You Stepped Out Of A Dream". French reissue from 1982, this copy is still in shrink with obi (unlike website photo).
Album recorded in the late 50s with a deep, African-inspired sound. "Watusa" and "Aiethopia" stand out for me. Reissue, no shrink on this copy.
Killer 70s soul with a funky twist, always sounds so good. Loud reissue 12" from 2003, nice copy in company sleeve.
