Two of the really big guns get together on a 2024 album. Soulful hip hop sounds as you'd expect, listen to "Dreamin'" or "We're on our way"". Tan vinyl version.
Funk LP from 1974 with plenty of hard beats and basslines. Check "Kiburi" and the laidback "Pipeline". Record is very close to mint. Cover in tight shrink with one small corner bump and 3-4 cm split on bottom right. Beautiful copy! US original on Pride.
1986 release that includes a few of his best 70's tracks, plus the previously unreleased "I got to move" and a different (Bonus Beat Reprise) version of "Funky drummer". Vinyl is VG to VG+ with minor marks, plays well. Cover has some edge wear and a few cm peeling. Tiny writing on labels 1 & 2, stickers on labels 3 & 4. US original.
Classic album from 1990 with the title track, "The n---a ya love to hate" etc. This release also includes the "Kill at will" EP as a bonus. Vinyl is generally VG+, but a tiny scratch on A-side causes a couple of pops and a brief skip. 2xLP reissue from 2003 with better sound quality than the single LP. No shrink on this copy, unlike photo.
Rough album from 2000 by the ex Ultra Magnetic MC's member. Includes the hard-hitting "Diamonds" and "Operation Extortion". One LP is EX, the other is solid VG+. US original.

US mono pressing, BLP 1504 with 47 West 63rd NYC-address on labels (no "R") = early 2nd pressing. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. Plenty of minor marks and scuffs on record, plays quite well with mild background crackle only. Cover has edge wear, mild rub wear, sticker tear on front (filled out with black marker pen) plus faint marking around tracklisting on back. Classic LP with George Duvivier, Tommy Potter, Arthur Taylor and Roy Haynes. Listen to the beautiful version of "You Go To My Head" and "Ornithology".
Sparse electro-funky sound from 1983. "I need a freak" and "We didn't say it" have that dark, menacing vibe, think ESG meets Prince! Cover in partial shrink with a shop sticker on front. US original.

Latin album from 1965 with great vibe allover and one of these records that you enjoy listening althrough. "Rica combinacion" is superb however. Record has scuffs nad marks but not to bad, plays fine but occasional soft background noise can be heard. Cover looks great in shrink but has right corners a bit worn with lower seam having a small split. US 2nd issue from 1970 with cloud label of gold label from 1965.

Early Swedish electronic/avantgarde/spoken word LP from 1967. Shiny and black record, cover has some ring/shelf wear. Swedish only original.
US mono original, Atlantic 1354 with orange/purple label and white fan (no "R" above white fan) and 157 West-address on back cover. No deep groove on this copy. Record has sleeve marks and some lightly feelable scratches, plays with occassional clicks and ticks but still quite enjoyable. Cover has some rub/shelf wear and small vintage price tag on back. Lovely jazz album from 1960. "Harmonique" is the best track for me.
1994 album with classics as "Word life", "Born to live" and the masterpiece "Time's up". Produced by Lord Finesse, Buckwild & Organized Konfusion. 2xLP reissue from 2004 with better sound quality than the original. No shrink on this copy.
"Take your dead ass home" and other Clinton classics. Gatefold sleeve has a fairly large corner cut. US original on Westbound, W-227 with blue label.
Tough improvised business from Sun Ra in 1981. Check "Queer notions". Records are clean. Cover has light ring/corner wear, minor sticker mark on front. US original with Masterdisk stamp in dead wax.

Challenging stuff from the electronic luminary. Instrumental soundscapes that could well be sample material for open-minded producers. Listen to "Pastoral" and "Espressivo". Record has light marks, plays well. Cover has heavy ringwear, creasing, small tear on front. This is the original silver cover issue from 1969. Cat no A3 on the black labels with silver print. 4E 061-34052 on cover.
Live set recorded in Paris in 1961 with Charlie Rouse, listen to "Well You Needn't". Clean record, cover has minor lamination bubbling on front plus small sticker mark on back Dutch mono original, RM 003 (European only release, was not released in the US).
US stereo pressing, AS-9131 with orange/black ABC-Paramount-label on side 1 and A Product of ABC Records-label on side 2 = early 2nd transitional pressing. Cover has slight wear to opening edge, a couple of small worn spots on top seam plus a tiny drill hole. Orchestral jazz album with versions of evergreens like "Over The Rainbow".
Their third album, from 1968. Lovely LP including their uptempo hit "I dig your act" & the heavenly sweet soul classic "Look over your shoulder". LP has few and minor marks, nothing bad. Beautiful copy. 1962 album with Mal Waldron, Abbey Lincoln, Clifford Jordan and Art Davis. I really like the dramatic, spiritual vocal track "Lonesome Lover".
"Mambo show" driving latin monster. "Clusters" is good too. LP only has one small dot in the vinyl at A4 not affecting play. Cover has one tiny stain on back and light corner wear. US original, red/green label and Broadway address.

Loud live set from the Marquee, go for the timeless classic "Hoochie coochie man. Record in great shape. Cover has light ringwear, some lamination creasing. UK early 2nd pressing with maroon labels, deep groove, no flipback.
South African jazz rarity from 1974 with a quite unique sound. A possible attempt of describing it would be "wild spiritual jazz", but not sure if that nails it... Listen to "Lishonile" and the 16 minute monster "Itumeleng". 180 gram reissue, clear vinyl.
Live recording from 1977 with many of their hits as "Do that stuff" and "Get off your ass and jam". Cover has minor wear, cut corner, small residue mark. US original, no poster or iron-on.

The title track, "Third Uncle", "The Fat Lady Of Limbourg"... so many good ones! Record is shiny with a few light marks, plays fine. Cover has light corner/edge wear. UK original, pink rim Island label, gatefold sleeve.
Very rare soul/funk/disco album from 1976 with the killer sweet soul tunes "Lovers to friends" & "It ain't fair" and the 20 min funk/disco jam "Open soul"! Japanese reissue from 2021, this is the version with green obi.

Prime mid-90s hip hop sounds, a sureshot for fans of Black Moon, Jeru The Damaja and the like. Check "It's like that" and "Move fakin'". LP 1 is solid VG+, LP 2 is more like NM. Cover in shrink with hype sticker. Includes insert.
