"War is coming! War is coming" hypnotic percussion-driven funk tune, plus "City, country, city" that's a huge Loft classic for David Mancuso. Cover in shrink with hype sticker and a drill hole. Early 2nd US issue, blue labels with white B.
Victor Feldman plays all instruments himself on this 1967 easy/jazz/funk jazz set - check "Sure As You're Born". Clean copy (no stamp on cover, unlike photo). US stereo original.
Another fine LP from Curtis, very enjoyable listening all through. "Never say you can't survive" and "Just want to be with you" are my picks. Cover has edge wear, sawcut and a bent corner. US original, includes insert.
Southern soul gems including Big John Hamilton's killer "Take this hurt off me" and tunes from Willie Hobbs, Johnny Adams, Reuben Bell etc.

Orchestral funk/jazz/soul LP feat. Donny Hathaway and Phil Upchurch, including a downtempo version of "What The World Needs Now Is Love" and an interesting take on "Nobody Knows". Small drill hole through cover and label. Cover has small split bottom right but no cut corner on this copy (unlike website photo). US original.
1973 album with a funk/rock sound, listen to "Friendship". No shrink on this copy, cover has worn edges, some rub wear and a crease on front. Tiny drill hole. US original.
"The world awakes" wonderful jazz tune with lovely tenor sax and Tete Montoliu on keys. US pressing from 1978 = later issue of early 70s Spanish original, then called "Soul's nite out". This copy is in shrink.
1977 album with funky jazz versions of "Mr Magic", "Day Dreaming" and "Watermelon Man". Cover has ring wear. US original.
Classic disco/funk in the title track and "Energy level"! German original.
1967 live recordings - two previously released tracks plus the unissued "Dizzys Blues". Cover has some ring/rub wear plus a personnel listing sticker inside gatefold. US original.

Funky soundtrack by Barry White & the Love Unlimited Orchestra. Plenty of shorter tracks useful for sample hunters. Listen to "Do drop in" & "Somebody's gonna off the man". Cover has worn edges and some ring/rub wear. No cutout, unlike photo. US original.
Soul/jazz LP produced by Eugene McDaniels with lovely tunes as "If I lose" and "How'd I know". Tiny mark causes a few clicks on B2. Cover is low VG+ due to edge wear and a minimal tear on back. US original.

"Strange games and things" brilliant funky soul/disco with those hard Barry White drums much used in hip hop. Some marks, plays well overall but has a little occasional crackle. Cover has a creased corner. US original.
1966 album with backing from British blues group Groundhogs results in goodness like "Don't Be Messin' With My Bread". Cover has ringwear, sealing sticker, staining on back. First UK issue from 1972.
Another great Mingus LP, this time from 1962. Listen to "Dizzy moods" or "Tijuana gift shop". Later US pressing from 1975, APL1-0939 with different cover and slightly different title than the original release.
Spoken word/soul/rap album from the influential Last Poets in 1985, produced by Bill Laswell. Check "What will you do". Cover has minor sticker mark on front (not in photo). US original.

Johnny Pate-produced LP from 1969, check "Guess What" and the groovy "Round Trip"! Minor ring and corner wear, cut out on opening edge. US original.
Marvin in 1982 with the classics "Sexual healing", "My love is waiting" & "Turn on some music"! Cover has small top split, hype sticker on front (not on photo). European original with orange gradient label, lyrics inner sleeve.
Indie rock from 1987. Cover has ring/corner wear, tiny tear on front. US original.
The Stones fuse blues rock and reggae/ska with mixed success, but I like "Dance" with Max Romeo on backing vocals. "Indian girl" is a mellow tune that works too. UK original, no poster.
Late folk/country rock LP recorded in Sweden. I automatically recommend a track named "Kung fu you", but listen to the melancholic "Come on home to me" as well. Scandinavian original.
