Some minor marks on record, plays ok with just odd light ticks here and there, most likely inherent in the pressing. Cover has fraying on top seam, partial splits/fraying on lower seam, faint price tag mark on front, basic shelf wear and tracklisting writings on back. Later US pressing with green labels/gold print, no deep groove.
Rare piano trio LP with Leroy Vinnegar and Lawrence Marable. Listen to "Way Cross Town". Vinyl looks slightly pale/cloudy, plays with mild occassional hiss, not very bad. Cover has ring/rub and edge wear plus price tag residue/small tear on front. Later US pressing.
US mono pressing, PR 7281 with yellow/black labels, Bergenfield-address and RVG in dead wax = later (early 60s) pressing of LP first released in 1956 with different cover art as "Dig". No deep groove on this copy. Record has light marks and looks slightly pale, plays with background hiss, constant but not too bad. Cover has minor wear plus some writing and a sticker on back. Five-star setting with Sonny Rollins, Jackie McLean, Walter Bishop, Tommy Potter and Art Blakey. Listen to "Dig" or "Denial".

1957 split LP recorded at Newport Jazz Festival. Listen to "Nona's Blues" by Cecil Taylor Quartet (featuring Steve Lacy). I believe this is the first Japanese pressing, possibly released mid-to-late 60s (of 1957 US original). MI-1071 in flipback cover. No obi or insert.
2xLP set from 1978 containing the great New Jazz-albums "Looking Ahead" and "The Quest", both featuring Eric Dolphy but originally released under Ken McIntyre's and Mal Waldron's names respectively.

One of Zappa's best early LP's, and very solid musically, but not without adventure. Listen to the wild "The return of the son of monster magnet". Records have light marks, they play well. Cover has ring/rub/edge wear, small top split back part of gatefold. US later pressing, black/silver labels.

First Japanese pressing from 1971, LR-8111-12 (of LP first released in the US in 1965). No insert or obi.
