WHISPERS - SAME / PLANETS OF LIFE:
Their debut album with the fantastic crossover soul tune "Needle in a haystack". "I can remember" & "I'm the one" are great too. First US release is on Soul Clock, then re-released on Janus as "Planets of life". This is a later (1976) Japanese issue on Contempo, UXP 706 CN. Cover has some peeling on bottom edge.

OTIS CLAY - TRYING TO LIVE MY LIFE WITHOUT YOU:
Scarce Hi album from 1972 produced by Willie Mitchell. Awesome deep soul on "Holding on to a dying love" and "That's how it is"! Japanese later press from 1979, VIP 6625, with insert.

Chilean psych/folk with a very interesting sound. Make sure to check "Corre Que Te Pillo" and the trippy 9 min long "Los Caminos Que Se Abren". Record has light marks, plays well with some background noise. Cover has ringwear, creasing. Chilean later pressing of their 2nd self titled album from 1972.

SVEN WUNDER - WABI SABI:
Wunder travels further east to the land of the rising sun for a musical exploration of the concept of Wabi Sabi, skillfully fusing European library and soundtrack sounds with traditional Japanese and East Oriental music and aesthetics. A wonderful listen through both sides, listen to "Hot Winds Arrive", "Hanami" and "Blanket Fog Descends". Later pressing with Swedish Arts Council-credit on back cover.

ART FARMER / PHIL WOODS - WHAT HAPPENS:
Rare Italian LP with these two jazz luminaries together with Daniel Humair, Martial Solal and Henri Texier. Listen to the version of Kenny Dorham's "Blue Bossa" or "Watch What Happens", but this LP stands up all through. Cover has 3 cm split top seam right, humidity spotting and aging inside gatefold plus some general shelf wear. I believe this is the first Japanese pressing, FOX-7008, most likely released just a few years or so after the Italian original. No obi or insert.

UK later stereo pressing from 1965, SAX 2315, with red semi circle labels. Record has light marks, plays well with some surface noise and odd light pops. Cover has light ring/corner wear.

UK later pressing from 1969 ("first label, revised cover"), correctly aligned apple on back cover, no "Her Majesty" credit, drain showing on front of cover. YEX-749-2/750-1 stamped in dead wax. Record has light marks and scuffing, plays well. Cover has ring/corner wear, creasing, minor tape residue on back. 1969 album with the iconic cover photo, and songs like "Come together" and "I want you (she's so heavy)".
