US mono original, BCP-6025 with red/silver deep groove labels. LOTS of marks and scratches on record, plays with some background crackle and clicks but still listenable. Cover has writing and stamps on back, small split lower right plus some general wear/aging.

JOHN WRIGHT TRIO - SOUTH SIDE SOUL:
Bluesy piano trio soul jazz from 1960, listen to "South Side Soul". 180 gram reissue from 2021.

Roots and lovers album produced by Bunny Lee, also known as "Girl I Love You" on the UK press. My favorites are the killer roots tunes "Love Up Your Brother and Sisters" and "Dread Natty Congo". Very well-playing record. Cover has storage wear and a creased corner. Small distro sticker on back. Jamaican original.

JOHNNY COLON & ORCHESTRA - BOOGALOO BLUES / MONO:
Classic latin LP packed with smoking, catchy descargas. Check "Descarga" or "Jumpy". Record in lovely shape with hardly any sign of wear. Cover has ring wear on front and massive stains on back. 5 cm split at upper seam, lower seam has transparent tape most part and is torn. US mono original that seems harder to find than the stereo issues.

Live album from 1962. Cover has sealing sticker at opening back. Later German pressing of album originally released as "Black Coffee".

JOHNNY HATES JAZZ - TALL STORIES:

JOHNNY HODGES - 1938-1939:
Old school jazz with Duke Ellington, Cooties Williams a.o. Listen to "Skunk hollow blues". The music on this LP was recorded in 1938-1939 and and all the tracks are previously released on 78's, this is however the first LP release. French mono original from the 60s with number FPX-296. Cover has minor sticker residue on back.

JOHNNY SEDES - MAMA CALUNGA:
"Mama calunga" is a top notch latin bomb. Record in fine shape between fine VG and weak VG+, plays fine with occasional light background noise, primarly at the bolero B4. Cover has ugly thick tape around all seams and edges. The tape is half transparent on front and with massive discoloration on back from the tape. Also some stains and general wear. Rare US original, LP1123.

UK original, with "Old Blue?" in dead wax on side 1, translucent red vinyl. Plain matte carton cover. Plain matte carton inner sleeve with straight corners. Record has light scuffs/marks, plays fine. Cover has light ring/corner wear, a few tiny stains on front, small distribution sticker on back. Their second and final album, released shortly after Ian Curtis' suicide.
