SYMPOSIUM
THE PEPPERED SNOWFALL - USA Original
LP · VG+/VG · 2300 SEK

JUST SOLD
SELAH / EDITH HILL / THE CHILDREN - SYMPOSIUM:
Obscure independent release from 1972 with the two killer funk jazz tunes "The Corner" and "The Shadow Do". "The Corner" sounds like a lost Nathan Davis tune with hip hop loops. Few and light sleeve marks on record, nothing bad. Cover has ring/edge wear, small tear on spine, two sticker marks + tiny tear on front, minimal writing inside cover. Back is a bit wavy along opening. US original, with lyrics insert.

TAKUYA KURODA - RISING SON:
2014 Blue Note-album fusing jazz-funk, r&b, hip hop and afrobeat. Produced by José James (who also features on vocals). Check the laidback, headnoddy "Rising Son" plus his versions of Roy Ayers' "Green And Gold" and "Everybody Loves The Sunshine". Records in great shape, cover shows light signs of handling only, looks nice nice overall. US original.

SABU MARTINEZ - AFRO TEMPLE:
Swedish original, beige labels with red logo (early 2nd pressing has white labels, light blue rim and multi-coloured Grammofonverket logo). Record has a small cluster scratch causing ticks on and off in the intro of the percussive intro track A1. Rest looks and plays very well with just a few light sleeve marks. Minimal writing on side 1 label. Cover has mild shelf wear and edge wear and very light rub/scratch marks on front top rigth, looks nice overall. Red booklet inside gatefold fully intact, only has one minor stain. Legendary Swedish LP including the monster latin jazz tunes "All Camel's Hump" and "Hotel Alyssa". For the breaks guys there's massive drums on "My Christina".
