US mono original, PRLP 7059 with yellow/black labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax. Record has one long, lightly feelable scratch line on side B but I can't hear more than a few light ticks. Apart from that just some surface marks and plays alright.
