One of the most sought-after Norwegian records, containing the vocal tune "Dead Man's Tale" with a moody feeling and slow, heavy drumming. The cinematic "Sonority" and "A Feeling Of Harmony" are two other great tunes. Record in great shape with a few minor marks only. Cover has light wear and a few minor creases, looks very nice overall. 2nd pressing on Karusell with different cover art, cover printed in Norway and record made in Germany.

Cover looks great on front, has a scratch mark and tiny writing on back. LP from 1968 with psychedelic vocal jazz tunes as the awesome version of "Maiden Voyage", the Jan Garbarek-penned "Karin's Mode" and her version of "Mr. Joy".

Marc Moulin-associated group with the same dark fusion sound. Beat-heads go for the tough title track and the obviously Cortex-sounding "Karbok". "Populi" combines female scat with progressive fusion to great effect. Record is solid and well-playing VG+ with few and light sleeve marks only. Cover has one light corner crease and one tiny corner bump. Early 2nd Belgian pressing on Best Seller with group photo cover, black/white cover version.
Early 2nd US pressing with white cover with red print, white labels with red print and 180 Riverside Dr.-address plus deep groove on side A. Comes with printed ESP inner sleeve (worn and creased). Record is low VG+ with light marks and signs of storage, plays well save for some occassional light ticks. Cover has large water damage (staining and waviness, mainly on left part), sticker removal mark/residue on front right part, some corner wear and discrete tear on back. Legendary free jazz album from the visionary Ayler with Gary Peacock and Sunny Murray. Listen to the deep "Ghosts: First Variation".

Record has a just couple of surface marks not affecting play, looks and plays very well overall. Cover looks nice on front, back has small sticker mark/tear, neat writing, a few minor stains, also a little wear to corners. Great album with Blue Mitchell and Louis Hayes in the line-up. Listen to "Swingin' The Samba" and "Finger Poppin'".
Solid album from 1969 by this great blues singer, listen to "It's all your fault". Record in great shape. Cover has very light ringwear, minor lamination lifting/creasing. First UK issue from 1971 of US original from 1969.

US mono pressing, PRLP 7138 with yellow/black labels, Bergenfield-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax = early 2nd US pressing. Just some light sleeve marks on record, plays alright. Cover has some rubbing, minor wear to corners and edges, 10 cm split + clear tape top seam right plus a name and year written on back. 1958 Prestige-album featuring Ray Bryant on piano, including a nice version of "April in Paris".
UK 2nd pressing with large swirl label, but no "Philips Record Product" inside gatefold. Record has some light marks, nothing troublesome. Small stamp on label side B. Cover has light wear, neat writing + indentation mark on back. The first LP with "Elegy" - killer folky tune and "Butty's blues" - great jazz rock.
US 10", PRLP 182 with red/silver labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides. RVG and ear in dead wax. This copy has green print on front cover and release listings up to PRLP 187 on back indicating second generation cover. Just a few light marks and mild paleness on record, plays alright. Cover has full split + some tape remains on spine and almost full split on top seam. Recorded in 1954 with Horace Silver, Jay Jay Johnson, Percy Heath, Kenny Clarke & Lucky Thompson. Listen to "Blue N' Boogie".

Previous owners name & phone number neatly etched in deadwax side A. 1964 album with Mike Bloomfield & Al Kooper and the classic "Like a rolling stone".
Canterbury styled prog LP from 1974 by Soft Machine member Wyatt, and possibly his finest work. "Alifib" is my pick, a mellow tune with free jazz elements. Record has some light scuffs, plays fine. Cover has light wear, faint sticker mark on front. UK early 2nd pressing, coloured "two virgins" labels with rim text, hype sticker with small tear.
Great garage/psych album from 1967, after Van Morrison left and a change of name. Some tracks produced by Kim Fowley, like the classic "People Let's Freak Out". My pick is the haunting "Suicide Song". Both record and cover are close to EX. Swedish 2nd pressing.

Record has plenty of marks and some lighter scratches, plays with some surface noise and occassional ticks, still quite decent. Cover has some edge wear, 1,5 cm split plus minor tear top right corner plus basic shelf wear. Classic jazz set from 1958 including "Moanin".
Swedish compilation with many of their best - "For your love", "Evil hearted you" etc. Fine copy with minor wear. Previous owners name & phone number neatly etched in deadwax side A. Swedish 2nd pressing, from 1967 of original from 1965.
US stereo pressing, AS-9131 with orange/black ABC-Paramount-label on side 1 and A Product of ABC Records-label on side 2 = early 2nd transitional pressing. Cover has slight wear to opening edge, a couple of small worn spots on top seam plus a tiny drill hole. Orchestral jazz album with versions of evergreens like "Over The Rainbow".
First LP by Sauter, Dietrich and Miller plus Brian Doherty on electronics - hardcore noise/improv, listen to "Concordat 5". Record appears unplayed, cover has mild corner bumps. Early 2nd US pressing (with "Second Pressing"-print on back).

Brilliant 60s jazz LP with the fast "The Runner", the lovely jazz waltz "The Hammock" and the deep "Bothnia" - a really strong album from start to end and one of the best Swedish jazz albums ever. Light marks on record, plays ok. Cover has basic shelf wear and small tear at opening back. Swedish 2nd pressing on Interdisc.
2nd Japanese pressing from 1960, SL-1012 in flipback cover with different cover art than the US original. No obi or insert. Record has some light sleeve marks, nothing deep but plays with mild background noise. Cover has basic wear/aging plus small damage on lower flipback. Wonderful jazz classic with John Coltrane, Paul Chambers, Red Garland and Philly Joe Jones. A real pleasure to hear, including my favorite "Bye Bye Blackbird".

Contains the vocal bossa jazz cut "Maailma Tulee Pienemmäksi Kun Kukat Kuihtuvat", definitely a standout tune!

Early 2nd USSR pressing from 1975, 33CM 02821-2 with blue labels, yellow back cover with "O".435 1975-print. Nice and clean copy!
