As much as I love Yusef Lateef, this LP from 1974 sounds pretty damn awful - until you get to "Strange Lullaby"! Weird, meditative track with screechy noises and Yusef or someone else snoring in the background! "Gettin' Sentimental" is pretty nice too. Cover has some ring/edge wear, creasing plus minor price tag mark on front (not on website photo). US original, red/green labels with 75 Rockefeller Plaza-address.
The pair LP to "Companionship" - quality 60s Euro jazz with the Clarke, Boland and Woode plus the Berlin String Band. Listen to "Lonely Girl" and "The Girl And The Turk". Cover has some edge wear and creasing plus small damage (beginning of a split) on bottom seam center. German only original.

Seminal tunes from the Underground Resistance crew in 2002. US original, this is the version with NSC and James Jamerson/Jaco Pastorius etching in dead wax.
Real quality techno from 1995, listen to the deep "Primus". All four sides have lots of marks. Side C also has a few scratches - C1 plays with frequent crackle and pop, the rest sounds better with only some minor background crackle. Two pen marks on C-side label. US original, black label version.
LP from 1979 with the rootsy lovers classic "Conscious Man". Some light sleeve/storage marks on record, plays well. Cover has light wear and creasing plus old price sticker on front (not in photo). UK original.
Moody instrumental funk with some afro & latin influence thrown in. Listen to "Up from the south" or "King Charles". This copy has a hype sticker on front.

US mono original, MG 12070 with red label and silver print. RVG and deep groove on both sides. A few light marks on record, plays ok with mild occassional surface noise. Cover has lamination peeling on front at opening, small splits on top and bottom seam at opening, tiny pin hole top left plus neat stamp and a sticker removal mark on back. Album from 1956 with Lucky Thompson, Hank Jones and Kenny Clarke with Lucky stealing the show on the absolutely wonderful ballads "Angel Face" and "What's New".

Dutch original, P 08203 L with blue Philips labels and small deep groove. Record is glossy with light sleeve/storage marks, has a pretty heavy warp but plays alright on our equipment. Cover has ring/shelf wear, a few small nick on opening edge, slight lamination issues plus small sticker mark and a couple of small stains on back. Classic vocal European jazz album with Gunnar Johnson and Egil Johansen. Listen to the fine version of "Love For Sale".
"Make it with you" superb soul tune also done by the Dells among others. A few nice funkier tracks here as well. US original, KC 31702.
Great laidback hip hop with a jazzy/funky twist. "A charmed life" is top jazzy hip hop. Also includes "How real it is" & "Satisfied". Cover has some ring/rub wear and a long, thin scratch on front (not in photo). US original with insert.

Free jazz recorded in 1981. Listen to "Trobar Clus #6". Cover has mildly bumped corners. Italian original, with printed inner sleeve.

Live recording from 1950 during Parker's legendary tour in the south of Sweden, this recording is from Helsingborg. Listen to "Anthropology" and hear that enthusiastic audience! Cover has pretty heavy age yellowing/miscolouration, 5 cm split bottom seam center plus minor lamination peeling. Rare wedish original pressed in 1000 numbered copies, this is number 334, way more seldom seen than current demand & price indicate.

One of my favorite West End releases, heavy female boogie with a killer bassline. Mixed by Nick Martinelli & David Todd, slightly different versions than the After Hour release. Company sleeve has tiny tearing. US original.
Clinton-associated album from 1980 full of party funk. Check "Don't bust the groove" or the slower "Anti-disco". Cover has some ring wear and edge wear plus two faint residue marks on front. US original, promo copy with stamp on back. The printed inner has a small split.
Early hip hop classic with "Rock the house", "Jam master jammin" and "Can you rock it like this". Beautiful copy in shrink with a tiny sawcut. US original with Herbie Jr and Frankford/Wayne in dead wax.

2005 L.A. hip hop with a party vibe at times - listen to "Sleeping giants". US original, this copy is in shrink.
"En gång tog jag tåget bort" - fine rock tune with funny lyrics and a good vibe. Record in superb shape. Pic sleeve has just very light wear. Swedish original, intact center.
Muscle Shoals-recorded album with a surprisingly superb cover of Dr John's "I walk on guilded splinters". Record has some light marks, nothing bad. Cover has light general wear, small writing on front (not in photo). US original, gatefold sleeve.

US mono original, PRLP 7057 with yellow/black labels, 446 W. 50th ST. NYC-address, deep groove on both sides and RVG in dead wax. Solid VG+ vinyl, no major issues. Cover looks nice on front but grades VG due to some staining and miscolouration + piece of paper torn on back. Classic 1956 album from MJQ, listen to "One Bass Hit".
